A Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which your order is processed, packaged, and delivered. It helps establish clear expectations between The Wild Goddess and our customers by explaining processing times, shipping methods, costs, and any potential delays. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide a smooth, reliable experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

What's included in the Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During high‑volume periods (holidays, events, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

 

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS service conditions.)

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is in transit, USPS is responsible for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

The Wild Goddess is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim if this occurs.

Shipping Restrictions

 

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items (if applicable).

Service interruptions

 

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or high‑volume seasons. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
