Refund Policy - the basics

A Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted. It helps establish a clear understanding between The Wild Goddess and our customers regarding expectations, timelines, and conditions for refunds.

Because The Wild Goddess offers handmade products, wellness services, classes, and events, this policy is tailored to reflect the nature of our offerings.

What's included in the Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches with natural variations in color, texture, and scent. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

  • All product sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or store credit.

 

2. Refunds for Classes, Sessions & Events

 

Because space is limited and preparation is required:

  • All bookings are non‑refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for credit toward a future session (per your existing cancellation policy).

  • No‑shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credit.

  • Event tickets and workshop registrations are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you notify us ahead of time.

 

3. Digital Products

 

If digital offerings are added in the future (e.g., guides, downloads, virtual classes):

  • All digital purchases are non‑refundable due to the nature of instant access.

 

4. Processing Time for Approved Refunds or Credits

 

If a refund or store credit is approved (in cases such as damaged or incorrect items):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Store credits will be issued via email.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
